Refund Policy
At GameLoom, we aim to provide transparency and fairness when it comes to purchases made through or in connection with our platform. Since GameLoom itself does not directly process in-game transactions or app purchases, refund requests are evaluated based on the type of service or product accessed. If you subscribed to a paid feature, such as premium access to curated content or a membership tier that unlocks extended browsing tools, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the time of purchase and your usage activity.
We do not issue automatic refunds. Every case is considered individually, and eligibility depends on whether the features were used, the time elapsed since purchase, and the circumstances of the request. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team and provide relevant details, including order confirmation and reason for dissatisfaction.
- Please note that many games featured on GameLoom, including those linked via Google Play, operate under their own policies and terms. We are not responsible for purchases made directly through the Play Store or any third-party payment systems outside of our platform. Refunds for such transactions must be requested directly through the app store or developer responsible for the game.
For example, if you downloaded PathOfDoom via a Play Market link found on our site, and then made an in-game purchase that you want refunded, your request must go through the Google Play refund system or the official support team of the PathOfDoom developers. We cannot intervene in external payment systems or enforce refund requests outside our own billing structure.
- If you’ve subscribed to a monthly or yearly feature on GameLoom and wish to cancel early, your subscription will remain active through the remainder of the billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds unless there has been a documented service disruption, platform outage, or verifiable billing error. In such cases, partial refunds may be offered as a one-time courtesy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. If you cancel before the next billing date, you won’t be charged again, but your access will remain active until the period ends. After cancellation, any unused time will not be credited back unless otherwise stated in a promotional policy or agreement.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject refund requests at our sole discretion. Abuse of the refund system — including repeated claims with no legitimate basis — may result in restrictions on future account activity. We are committed to resolving genuine issues and improving user satisfaction, but we ask users to approach refund requests honestly and respectfully.
To begin a refund request, please contact our support team through the official form on our site. Include your account email, date of transaction, service or content involved, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. Most cases are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a confirmation via email once a decision has been made.
