DMCA
At GameLoom, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, partners, and contributors to do the same. We do not knowingly host, promote, or distribute content that violates copyright laws. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted or linked to through our platform without proper authorization, we encourage you to submit a formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice so we can promptly investigate and address the situation. We are committed to complying with applicable intellectual property laws and will respond swiftly to any verified infringement claims in accordance with the DMCA and other international copyright regulations.
As a content discovery platform, GameLoom primarily features curated information, links to external games on Google Play, and non-intrusive descriptions. While we strive to ensure all featured materials are used legally and in good faith, we cannot always control the content of third-party sites or user-generated comments. Therefore, we take all copyright claims seriously and treat each notice with individual attention and urgency.
- If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on GameLoom in a way that constitutes infringement, you must submit a written DMCA notification that includes the following:
A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on GameLoom;
Your full name, physical or electronic signature, and contact information (including email address);
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A declaration that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the rightful copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We cannot respond to incomplete notices or vague complaints. Valid notices can be submitted through our contact page or sent directly to our designated DMCA agent.
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will review the claim and may temporarily or permanently remove the material from public access while we investigate. In most cases, the uploader (if any) or the relevant content owner will be notified and given the opportunity to file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
GameLoom does not arbitrate copyright disputes. We act as a neutral intermediary to ensure that rights holders and alleged infringers can resolve their claims through proper legal channels. If no counter-notice is filed within the legally defined period, the content may be permanently removed. Repeated or abusive violations may result in account restrictions, suspensions, or bans from the platform entirely.
- Please note that GameLoom may feature links to games hosted on platforms like Google Play, but we are not the developers or publishers of those games. We do not control the content of any game linked via our platform, nor are we responsible for how developers present their own materials. If your copyright is being infringed within a game found via our site, you must direct your DMCA claim to the appropriate app developer or the Google Play team.
We will, however, remove links or listings from our site that promote or point toward content proven to be infringing. We believe in supporting legitimate creators, game studios, artists, writers, and designers, and we are happy to work with rights holders to maintain a respectful and legal digital environment.
